Our vascular nurse practitioner team cover a variety of demands including outpatient clinics, emergency reviews, nurse led wound review clinics and NAAASP nurse assessment clinics to name just a few.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an aspiring Band 6 to join our experienced, highly skilled Vascular Clinical Nurse Practitioner team, on a full time, permanent basis.

We pride ourselves on providing the best possible experience to our patients and their families, ensuring clinical excellence and compassionate, thoughtful care at all times.

Are you a self-motivated and innovative person who is keen to be involved in service improvement and development? The vascular department is undergoing an exciting period of change and we are looking for a forward thinking, dynamic nurse practitioner who is committed to ensuring our patients receive only the very best in evidence based nursing care. The successful candidate will display excellent leadership and communication skills and be able to confidently liaise with all partners to ensure the safe, timely care of our patients.
