Job Description
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have proven culinary and management experience. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Cooking Fried Eggs and taking Breakfast orders .
- Kitchen Record keeping
- Helping with deliveries and restocking
- Assisting with stock rotation cleaning stations
- Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
- Washing up, cleaning, and clearing all kitchen areas
- Unloading and putting away deliveries
- Emptying bins, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Ensuring all equipment is clean and put away correctly
- Deep cleaning fridges and storerooms to maintain sanitary and kitchen safety standards
- Ensuring the kitchen is clean and organized.
- 20-30 covers continental Breakfast with Fried Eggs .
Requirements:
· Relevant Qualification
· A minimum of 1 years experience as a breakfast chef .
· Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.
· Presentable and communicate well with Guests.

- Nottingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
