About Us:
We are a leading IT hardware provider committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Service Engineer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build and configure Dell servers, respond to customer RMA requests, and ensure customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and configure Dell servers to meet client specifications and needs.
- Manage and process customer RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems.
- Maintain strong communication with clients to provide updates on RMA status and technical assistance.
- Work as part of a dynamic team, supporting internal processes and customer satisfaction.
- Remote fault diagnosis
- On site fault diagnosis & repair (travel via company pool vehicle)
Key Skills and Experience:
- Experience in IT support, server building, and configuration, especially with Dell products.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge of hardware and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be within commutable distance of Corby, Northamptonshire.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £24K-£32K Per Year, Dependant on Experience
