Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will coordinate and optimise the various digital systems that support our client interactions and project delivery. This role will ensure seamless integration between our CRM (client relationship management), R3 (project management system), and Elevate (bespoke reporting tool), driving efficiency and providing actionable business insights through data analysis. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills to effectively liaise between stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Systems Coordination: Oversee and manage the integration of CRM, R3, and Elevate to ensure a seamless flow of information across business functions.
  • Process Mapping & Improvement: Capture the end-to-end process of client interactions, from initial engagement through project delivery, and identify areas for efficiency improvements.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilise Power BI and/or Python-based visualisations to translate data into clear, actionable business insights that support decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Bidding, Operations, and Technical functions to understand their system requirements and ensure effective implementation.
  • Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to staff on system usage, best practices, and new features.
  • Future System Development: Support the long-term goal of consolidating CRM, R3, and other systems into a more unified digital infrastructure.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience in business systems coordination, data analysis, or process improvement.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, or Python for data visualisation and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and project management tools (experience with R3 is a plus).
  • Ability to map and optimise workflows, improving system efficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work across multiple teams including the project delivery engineering team, operations (bidding, comms/marketing, HR, finance and IT to improve business intelligence and system efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
