Location: Nottingham
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000 OTE £50,000

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales management, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Ensure the delivery of a seamless and positive customer experience for all clients.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyse sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and aftersales, to ensure cohesive operations.
